Cory's journey began in 2004 as a barber, where he quickly realized that behind every haircut was a story, a struggle, and a dream waiting to be heard. Over time--and through 40,000+ hours of real conversations--he discovered that what people needed most wasn't just a fresh cut, but a place to be seen, heard, and understood. Those moments in the chair became something deeper--a calling to create space for others to feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow into who they're meant to be.

 

Today, Real Talk Coaching carries that same passion forward by providing guidance that turns everyday conversations into powerful breakthroughs.
